Manufacturing in Delhi since 2017

Winches built in India to replace the imported machine.

We manufacture hydraulic and mechanical winches, crimping power packs and line tools for tower erection, underground cabling and overhead line stringing — engineered for Indian sites, serviced from Delhi.

The Union Minister called our 8-ton winch a revolutionary product.

For years the industry paid for oversized imported pulling equipment, or improvised with agricultural tractors. Our engineers spent over a year developing a homegrown machine that does the same job — safely, and at a fraction of the cost.

Union Minister of State for Power Shri Shripad Naik inspected the machine at GRIDCON 2025 and described it as a revolutionary innovation. It directly supports Power Grid's vision of safety for human life.

The range

Machines for tower erection, stringing and underground cabling

Every winch carries a negative brake, so a load cannot come down until the automatic brake is released. Every machine is tested on our own bench before it leaves the workshop.

We build it ourselves

A workshop, a test bench, and people who know the machine

BMC Power Co. is a manufacturer, not a reseller. Winches are assembled in our own premises in Samaypur Industrial Area, and every single one is anchored to a customised test bench and pulled to a safe load of five tons before it is supplied to a client.

That matters after the sale as much as before it. When an imported machine fails, a project can wait weeks for a part to clear customs. Our spares are on a shelf in Delhi, and our fitters can be on a call the same day.
